Ausemio is designed so that after his onset were gradually automatized all processes of service management according to options, for which it is economicly logical. Thereafter, data used as base management for desition making or monitoring of effectivity.

Fast and always actual overview on provided services. Managers will be able to get to overview on all provided services very quickly thro´ inspectional dashboards and notifications. Dashboards are matched to concrete customer requests, so that they show monitored parameters of an output or calculation of fines for an overrun of SLA parameters.

Ausemio provides five different ways for an input of request or reporting error and consequently ensure information flow on history of solving.

Thanks to automatized reporting from real-time systems, e.i. diagnosis of devices, can service workers know about errors before customers reports them and so they can react faster and minimalize bad impact on customer satisfactions.

AUSEMIO SNO is oriented on automated service management. This product contains a complete range of coverage on SLA management towards service suppliers for  Sigfox Network providers.

Mobile application for Android is also a part of the Ausemio platform. This application is designed mainly  for the service technicians. It enables access to the platform directly at customers place and allows technicians to: 

-Identify the device to be maintained, thanks to QR code or NFC tag.  

-View device documentation and information directly on the place, without the need to call      for them,  such as firmware versions, when the last maintenance was conducted  and the        text of the last inspection report .

-Taking and saving photos of devices before and after the maintenance.
